Sebastian Partono (Osteopath and Coach)
Sebastian is a fully qualified osteopath with an Integrated Masters from the European School of Osteopathy. His approach blends a wide range of hands-on techniques—from soft tissue work, stretching, and joint manipulation to visceral and cranial osteopathy—tailored to meet each person’s individual needs.
He’s worked in both high-performance sport and general practice, including time with the New Zealand Premiership Football League, where he supported players with acute injuries, rehab, and training advice. He also has experience treating people with long-term pain, tension, and chronic conditions in a gentler, more holistic setting.
Sebastian’s approach is rooted in the belief that mind and body are deeply connected. Over the years, he has studied healing approaches from around the world, trained as a Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation, and qualified as a Coach with Animas’ School of Transformative Coaching. He is passionate about supporting people not just in recovery, but in reconnecting with themselves and creating meaningful change in their lives.
Outside the clinic, Sebastian enjoys staying active through calisthenics, strength training, and yoga, and values quiet moments for meditation and reading. While he ran his last marathon several years ago, his focus now is on sustainable movement and long-term health. He lives locally with his wife and three young children and values the simple, meaningful moments of family life—finding joy in the everyday and staying connected to what really matters.
